Music in the City

The Dijon Opera is joining forces with the Music in the City Festival for two concerts and a gourmet musical reception in a few of the Auditorium’s more unusual spaces, as well as an off-site concert featuring the Dijon Opera Choir.

In the context of the Music in the City Festival

One-hit wonders and timeless classics come together in this intimate concert. The Céladon ensemble takes us on a journey through the musical hits of 16th-century Europe—from Italy and England to France and Spain. Through anecdotes and surprising discoveries, the two musicians will transport you back in time to the sounds of the clavicytherium and countertenor voice, in a concert filled with humour and good cheer!
