The Opera of Dijon’s cultural outreach department works throughout the season to introduce ongoing productions to a wide variety of audiences.
To this end, tailored programs are organized for families, school groups, and beneficiaries of local institutions in Dijon and across the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, such as the University Hospital, nursing homes, the detention center, and social-sector associations. Each initiative is designed to offer a playful, engaging approach to the spectator’s experience and to open doors to new artistic proposals. Visits and encounters with artists are also offered to groups eager to explore the backstage world of the Opera.
