-Auditorium: The auditorium is fully accessible to wheelchair users, with 20 designated wheelchair spaces. Assistance is also available upon request.
-Grand Théâtre: As the Grand Théâtre is currently undergoing renovations, it is not yet accessible to people with reduced mobility. To ensure we can provide the best possible assistance, we ask visitors with reduced mobility to let us know when booking and to come with a companion on the day of the performance.
- Hearing loop
A hearing loop is available upon request, providing amplified sound for performances for people who use hearing aids.
- Audio description
Free audio description will be available for the performance of Richard Strauss’s Ariadne auf Naxos on Sunday, February 7, 2027, at 3 p.m., with the program available in Braille or large print.

Tactile tour of the Opera
The Dijon Opera offers free tactile tours of the Auditorium and Grand Théâtre, using 10 models of each venue, showing both the exterior and interior. Tours are available for groups of up to 20 people: 10 people with visual impairments and 10 companions.
The tactile models were created by the Accès Culture association with support from the Harmonie Mutuelle Foundation and the Territorial Accessibility Fund
People with disabilities receive 50% off the full ticket price. The discount also applies to one companion, upon presentation of a valid Carte Mobilité Inclusion (CMI).
