Celui qui tombe
En raison de l’épidémie de Covid-19 qui touche un membre de l’équipe artistique du spectacle, l’Opéra de Dijon est contraint d’annuler les deux représentations de Celui qui tombe initialement prévues demain mercredi 9 et jeudi 10 mars. Afin de procéder à la demande de remboursement de votre billet, la restitution du billet physique est nécessaire.
Les billets sont à retourner accompagnés d’un RIB :
- aux guichets de la billetterie en main propre au 18 Boulevard de Verdun 21000 Dijon (du mardi au samedi de 11h à 18h)
ou
- par correspondance à Opéra de Dijon / Service Billetterie 18 Boulevard de Verdun 21000 Dijon.
Conformément à nos conditions générales de vente, nous vous rappelons que vous disposez d’un délai maximum de trois mois à compter de la date du spectacle annulé pour effectuer votre demande de remboursement auprès du service billetterie de l’Opéra de Dijon.

Since its premiere in 2014 at the Biennale de la Danse in Lyon, Celui qui tombe has not stopped touring… but also shifting, correcting, and even stealing the planks right out from under the feet of the performers ! What game exactly are they playing, these characters embarked on this unforgettable “craft” of the Medusa – and how not to see how much they resemble us all?
Is Yoann Bourgeois doing circus, dance or theatre? Who cares? He offers images, in the sense put forth by the philosopher Bachelard, whom he loves to quote: not inert idols, but the raw and changing materials of the imagination, an active and reshaping power, that which is “in the human psyche the experience itself of opening, the experience itself of the new.” He constructs these images, nourished by our experience, in the manner of a physician of the tangible. His world is firstly that of Newton. It is therefore experimental. The human being first stands in equality to things, devoid of privilege. But apply force to the mass and its movement will be modified. Apply several (gravitational, centrifugal, etc.) and their effects will multiply. How can a human body, plunged into a field of such forces, find its place? Before our eyes, a half-dozen of them calmly seek their equilibrium on a moving plateau, adjusting to the changes of this universe of light-coloured wood measuring six by six metres. Leaning forward, holding out a hand, grasping, interlacing: before letting go, they reinvent with precision the fundamental gestures that belong to us all, making of this raft of the Medusa, floating in the shadows, a silent mirror of our humanity.
